Christina's Cakery was created by Christina L.'s newfound love for baking.  Having discovered that baking is something she really enjoys, Christina took courses in Introduction to Pastry, Introduction to Baking and Cupcake Workshop.  These  courses have helped Christina further hone her skills in her hobby of baking.  She started off baking the basics......cheesecakes, strawberry cakes, vanilla cupcakes, etc, but has since created more kinds of cakes and cupcakes as well as custom and unique creations.  She is willing to take on any task that comes her way.
